HOW TO SHOP

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
We want you to receive your purchase as quickly and effortlessly as possible and we don't want you to have to wait for up to a week to receive it, so we do our best to deliver it to you within 48 hours, often sooner. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Your item will be packed and dispatched provided the item or items you have chosen are in stock. If we are out of stock, we will let you know when we expect delivery and will send it out to you as soon as we can. We will also update you if the timing changes. You will not be charged for the goods, until they leave us, payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.
Only when these prerequisites have been met, we will send your order to you. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Global and Gorgeous Ltd will not be responsible in this instance.
In our small way to help our planet and be environmentally friendly, we reuse our external packaging where possible.
UK Delivery
Our standard delivery cost is £5.95 and takes 3 - 5 working days.
International: (inc. Eire and Channel Islands).
We regularly ship all over the world. Price varies depending on Country. Postage will be charged at cost on a direct weight basis. Please contact us to determine delivery prices. Depending on your location, International delivery takes between 3 -7 working days. A signature is required upon receipt. Please note globalandgorgeous.com is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
WRAPPING
A present wrapping service is available for an additional charge of £3.95 per item. Alternatively, we have a stunning handmade cream box which can be tied with acres of ribbon and is available for an additional cost of £5.50. All presents are tagged with our labels and handwritten with your personal message.
CANCELLATION NOTICE
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you enter the contract, or receipt of goods (whichever is longer). If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions below.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you have a product that you would like to return please carefully read our returns policy below, then email us at returns@globalandgorgeous.com with the reason for your return. Upon receiving your email we will send you a returns authorisation number. Alternatively, call us and we can talk you through our returns procedure +44 (0) 1256 701913.
We try to please our customers at all times and will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Ask for Proof of Postage from your Post Office. We cannot refund items lost or broken during transit. In the event of returns or an exchange, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached, within 7 days (UK), 14 days (International). New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. Global and Gorgeous Ltd is not responsible for any item that is not returned in this condition. Please allow up to 21 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Unfortunately, we can only refund gift purchasers to the card they were purchased with. Please note that some of our products are handmade and therefore unique and may vary slightly from one to another. We have taken great care to describe and show items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur. Returns on swimwear, sale items and lingerie may not be accepted and there is no return or exchange on made to order items.
Legal statements on returns
Returning any item within 7 days will signify a cancellation of your order (or part of your order), and legal title of the goods will not pass to you. When we receive the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Global & Gorgeous Ltd and requires that you return the goods to us on cancellation and that the return costs are paid by you.
